Age of Sovereigns is developed and operated by WPPF Development. References to "we", "us" or "our" in these Terms mean WPPF Development. References to "you" mean the person accessing or using our game or web shop.
You must be at least 13 years old to play Age of Sovereigns. If you are under 18, you may only make purchases with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. You may not:

Age of Sovereigns offers virtual items such as diamonds, chests, and gear packs. These items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes where required by law.
Purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store are subject to the refund policies of those platforms. We have no direct control over refunds processed by third-party stores.
For web shop purchases, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the virtual items have not yet been added to your in-game account. Once items are delivered, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

You agree to use Age of Sovereigns only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

All content in Age of Sovereigns — including but not limited to graphics, music, text, game mechanics, and code — is the property of WPPF Development and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Age of Sovereigns is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that virtual items will always be available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the game at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WPPF Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of Age of Sovereigns, including loss of virtual items or progress due to technical issues.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Age of Sovereigns after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
